Please note that bookings for 5ppl and less are allocated a 1.5hr time slot. Tables 6 and over are allocated a 2 hr time slot unless a previous agreement has been discussed. (Walk-ins are only guaranteed an hour)
If we are busy we please ask that you respect our time slots when we request the table back and contact us if you are running late to re-arrange or see if we can still fit you in.

For bookings of 6ppl or more, our system requires holding card details to secure your booking. We never take a deposit and card information is kept private and only charged if you don’t show up to your booking with no prior contact or the following conditions.

- Bookings require Credit Card details to be secured.
​
- We don’t take any payment at the time nor is the information visible to us, it’s held in a secure digital storage and released after your booking.
​
- Cancellations require more than 24 hours notice.
​
- If we have received no contact, we reserve the right to charge $10 per guest.
​
- We understand that things can happen and we don’t want to have to leave a sour taste in your mouth, we just ask that you continue to keep in contact with us with any changes, including the size of your party

We are located UPSTAIRS on the balcony level of Adelaide Arcade under the big clock. You can’t miss us! Look at for the 4 staircases inside the arcade. Our shop looks over Rundle Mall (look for the fountain!).
DINNER ACCESS IS FROM RUNDLE MALL END ONLY - but there is always lift access
Access from Rundle Mall: Turn down the historic arcade near the fountain. First stairs on your right just after Koko Black
Access from Grenfell Street: Look for Haighs Chocolates & turn down the historic arcade. First stairs on your left just after the jeweller.
YES, we have a lift (closest to the Haighs Chocolates/Grenfell St end of the arcade). We have 3 small steps up to our shop but have a portable ramp.
